Common Methods And Standards Of Instruments Mechanical Test

Testing machines are high precision measuring instruments that used in various conditions and environments, for testing mechanical properties, process performance, internal defects of metal materials, non metal materials, mechanical parts, engineering structure and verify the dynamic unbalance of rotating parts. In the process of research and exploration new materials, new techniques, new technology and new structure, testing machines are necessary and very important instruments.

 

一、Testing Method:
1. Provides a kind of mechanical movement. Such is the most widely used test method.


1). Provides a realistic environment to stimulate the mechanical movement;
2). According to the equivalence principle of the testing samples' damage or failure to provide a kind of mechanical movement.
The characteristic of this method is: the test has high reproducibility when satisfy every motion parameters tolerance requirements.


2. Provides a kind of testing machine, this method is derived from the equivalence principle of testing samples' damage or failure.
The characteristic of this method is: no need to measure motion feature parameters,but reproducibility of some cases is poor.


3. Provides a structured response spectrum. This method is mainly used for impact tests.
