1. The ice machine should be installed that far away from heat source, without the sun direct illuminate, well ventilated place, the environment temperature should not exceed 35 degrees Celsius, so as to prevent the high temperature environmental that will lead to the condenser cooling is bad. The ground of installation should be solid and flat, and the ice machine must keep horizontal, otherwise may cause unable to drop off the ice and generate noise during the operation.

2. The gap between the backside and left-right side should not less than 30cm,and the top gap is not less than 60cm.

3. The ice machine should use independent power supply, power supply and fuse with special line and equipped with leakage protection switch, and with reliable grounding.

4. The use of water for ice machine should conform to the state standards of drinking water, and match a water filter device, filtering the water impurities, to avoid jamming the water pipe, polluting sink and ice mould that will influence the performance of ice machine.

5. Be careful when handling the ice machine, prevent violent vibration, handling Angle can not less than 45 degrees, and the ice machine should be placed for more than 2 to 4 hours when after long-distance transportation,then can drive it.

6. Cut down the power supply before cleaning the ice machine, it is strictly prohibited to use water pipe flushing pointed directly at the machine.Using neuter detergent to rinse, acid and alkaline solvent cleaner which are corrosive are prohibited.

7. Spin the inlet hose pipe head within two months,in order to clean the inlet valve mesh, avoiding the water sand mud impurities clogging the inlet, which will cause the inlet water flow becomes small,and no ice output.

8. Clean the dust on the surface of the condenser.Bad condensing heat dissipation may cause compressor components destroy.Use dust collector and small brush to clean the surface of condensing, but don't use sharp metal cleaner that will damage the condenser.

9. The water pipes, cistern, storage and protection film should be cleaned every two months.

10. For long time no use,the ice machine should be cleaned,dried, by using hair dryer to dry the ice mould and the cistern, and place it in the room where is without non-corrosive gases,ventilated and dry,but do not place outside of the room.
