Operating Instruction

1. Check the rinse tank to ensure that there is needful water in the tank (Water level should be higher than transducer at least 200mm.)

2. Add suitable detergent according to the technological requirement

3. Turn the power control button to minimum position

4. Turn off the power switch or insert the power plug into the outlet

5.Turn on the power switch and turn the power control button to needful power value, then ultrasonic cleaner starts working.

6. When stop working, turn the power control button to minimum position and turn off the power switch.

Care and Maintenance

1. Please flow out detergent and clean the tank if this equipment is not be used for a long time.

 2. Please start up the equipment once according to operating instrument and make the machine work half an hour every month if this equipment is not be used for a long time.

 3. Please inform us immediately if there are any technical failures.

Warning

1. Don’t start up the machine if there is no water in the tank.

2. Don’t start up the machine directly in the condition of high-power.

3. Please make the ultrasonic system far away from rinse tank as far as possible if the concentration of corrosive gas is high.

4. Starting-up and shutdown within 30 minutes, don’t touch electronic component in the producer for the capacitor stores high tension electricity.
