Double glass reactor operating instruction:
1. Check whether the power supply voltage and the specifications machine nameplate provides are consistent.
2.Plug plugged, open the inverter power supply switch,and choose suitable for speed with speed control knob.
3.Material flow and the power of the motor speed may cause resonance at some point, please change the speed of motor to avoid resonance.
4.After mounting muddler, must make a rotating with hand , pay attention whether concentricity is fine, such as bad concentricity should loosen the heavy clip, after right clipping,turn on the power supply, adjusting gradually from slowly to quickly .
5.Using muddler regulator,stirring leaf can fluctuate 5 cm according to the need.

How to Maintenance of Glass Reactor:
1. Check instrument carefully with glass reactor,observing whether glass bottles have any breakage and The interface is identical.Pay attention to putting up and down with gentle.
2. Each interface of glass reactor cannot twist too tight,should loosen periodically to avoid connector bite deadly due to long time locking.
3. Firstly turn on the power switch,then operating instrument from slowly to fastly.When stopping the instrument,make it in stopping state,at last turn off the switch.
4. Wipe the interface with soft cloth,then daub a little vacuum fat.
5. After downtime,unscrew the ptfe switch,it will make teflon piston deformation in the work of the state for long-term static.
6.Cleaning sealing ring regularly,the method is that turn down sealing ring,check whether the shaft is dirty,if so,wipe clean with soft cloth, then daub a little vacuum fat. Mounting again,keep the shaft and sealing ring smooth.
7.All ptfe switch can not quite tighten, otherwise it is easy to damage glass.
8.Must purchase original authentic accessories,it can cause fatal damage for using other accessories to machine at will.
9.Every time after using glass reactor,must wipe up all kinds of oil stains,blot,and remain solvent on the surface to keep clean.
10.Electrical parts must have no water,and it is strictly prohibited to damp.
